Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Commercial Loan Processor to join their client's commercial lending team in Modesto, CA. This position is a temporary role with the potential for direct hire, depending on performance and budget availability. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the lending team by processing commercial loan applications efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to the commercial lending team.
• Assist in processing commercial loan applications with precision and attention to detail.
• Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and complies with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth loan processing.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and clients to resolve any loan-related inquiries or issues.
• Fully onsite at the Administrative Office in Modesto, CA.
• Manage a high volume of loan applications while adhering to strict deadlines.

Requirements

• Available to work full time, regularly up to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Ability to work occasional overtime depending on department needs.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Benefits

This role offers competitive pay with a range of $28.50 to $35.00 per hour. The maximum pay is $35, and the minimum pay is $28.
